A very friendly hotel that seems to have been recently refurbished. The bathroom was wonderful, clean and modern and the bedroom more than adequate. The breakfast was a real surprise with grapefruit, yoghurts and juice as well as the usual croissants and coffee served in a pleasant and airy breakfast room.
The location is perfect if you are arriving by train - a 5 minute walk away or planning to tour the city of limoges. We walked into the old centre of town - a 10 minute walk away.

Found this place by chance travelling back from Spain and glad we did, the owners were really helpful to the extent of offering coffee after our long journey and generally making you feel welcome. (They even gave us the cheaper weekend rate after we had already said yes to the room although it was Thursday).
Great room, great stay.
One word of caution, the hotel location is just off the town centre in what appears a slightly rough area. We walked into town though and didn't notice, feel, or sense anything threatening. We did however park the car in the hotels private car park.
