Booked 2 rooms for a night stay at end of August. This is a very basic hotel. We had to change one of the rooms as there was a smell in it. The rooms are not pleasantly decorated. Some of the wallpapers are torned. The carpet does not look clean with stains all over. The bed sheets are alright to me but I don't think they are 100% clean looking at how they kept the room. The toilet is small but comes with a good shower pressure. The air-conditioning in the room is good though, cool enough for the summer months. This hotel is not located in the central, still a distance to Nimes city. Good if you have car and there's a Carrefour and McD nearby. Recommended if you are on a budget and dont fancy nice hotels. The cleanliness is tolerable!

The room and hotel we arrived at were COMPLETELY different to what you are shown on the website. I always check out the pictures of the rooms before booking a hotel and on the website, it APPEARS to be clean and charming. We got there and it was disgusting. I told my daughter not to TOUCH anything in the room, even the blankets were stained. The wallpaper was coming off, there were holes in the closests, stains on the walls, blankets and especially the carpet, it smelled and the bath was full of crunge and the shower curtain not to be touched by a ten foot pole! A terrible experience, felt completely ripped off by website pictures, told all the rooms were the same. Hated going there to sleep. NOT A THREE STAR AS IT SUPPOSEDLY CLAIMS!

The Nimotel is one of a number of hotels in the Parc Hotelier Ville Active. Booked 5 nights online in a superior room here, though on arrival they told us they were fully booked so we were put in a standard room for the first night. Noticed none of the toilets or bathrooms had locks on the doors. Though the standard bathroom only had a shower, it looked better than the "superior" room which had a bath, but nowhere to fix the shower head. Breakfast was served until 10, and the cost added to your room bill, but whenever I had breakfast late, there seemed to be only some croissants and french bread left. The pool is virtually in the car park, though a little elevated. There's a McDonalds round the corner. On the positive side, the room's air conditioning and most other stuff worked well. Of all the hotels in this retail park (about 5), Nimotel is the nearest to the town centre, about 25 minutes walk.
