A basic bed and breakfast hotel on the edges of Montpellier in a business district. Convenient if your stay involves dealing with one of those businesses; not otherwise. A tram line to the center of town passes about 15 minutes walk away and there's a small shopping centre with bank and supermarket on the way.
We found the reception staff very variable in their willingness to help and their awareness of what could be done. The best were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, the worst seemed to know nothing and not care.
There's no bar, which I found surprising in a hotel of this size and isolation. Or if there is one, it is never open. There is, however, a games room with a pool table and a few other diversions which is open to guests. When we were there (a group of 9) we were the only people using it.
The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean.
