We stayed for two days. We reserved a Suite ("for four people") and ended up having to get another room (because there was no way that we could all fit).
Good points - Had a kitchenette, comfy beds, and great location. Front Desk staff was nice too. Room was reasonably quiet for being on the main road. Two closets (but one set of shelves not readily reachable)
Bad Points - For 99 Euros I expect the room to be cleaned each day (here only after 3 days). Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom was dirty. Only 1 Trash can in the room. No soap in the toilet room even though there was a sink. Just 3 towels for four people. Last point - No pool.

We had an internal management meeting at the MySuite Inn Montpellier.

The sales department, restaurant manager, reception staff was all in all very helpful and cooperative. They were always there to answer questions and provide help whenever needed – even translations at most times.

The meeting room was set as requested, although we eventually made changes to the set-up due to the facilitator’s request. Coffee breaks were always provided on time, lunch was wonderful – the menu was great, meeting room was always cleaned after usage and ready the following morning.

The rooms were also very nice, complete with a kitchenette for self cooking after long hours of meetings. However, one dissatisfaction that I had personally, was that my room was rather hot and the AC didn’t function at all. Whilst when I visited a colleague’s room, the room was quite cool since the AC was functioning well.

Overall, we had a very nice experience in having our management team meeting at the MySuite Inn Montpellier. I would certainly stay at this hotel again when visiting again in the future and also recommend to friends.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights when we got there we found that the rooms were very cramped and the airconditioning was blowing warm air out I asked at reception if it was possible to turn it down but they said because it was november it could not be turned down they suggested that we opened a window but that was even worse because the hotel was on amajor roundabout there was too much noise from the traffic outside.I would not recommend this hotel due to the location.

1. Friendly Staff and helpful
2. Rooms clean but bijou... however the suites are large. All well equipped.
3. Location.. 35 min walk to centre.. 10 min walk to tram instead.. that was efficient, clean, safe. Took 14 mins to centre.
4. Car Parking.. plenty of free parking just outside.. but often you would get a space in the car park.
5. Right opposite a Carrefour.. so handy for the bare essentials.
6. Overall a great base. Easy to get to other place in the car.
