I booked a room in the Citea Citadelle via lastminute.com - there was a sale so I got a double room for £40. It was great - easily accessible by the tram (the stop is pretty much outside the place) and the room was spacious and clean, with a flat screen tv and a kitchenette (hobs and microwaves, with plates and cutlery) I would recommend Citea Citadelle to anybody staying in Montpellier, as the very centre of the town such as Place de la Comedie can be easily accessed by tram, as can the train station. The only thing I would comment on is that reception closes for two hours during the day and closes at 6pm, so you have to arrive within these times. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
