Ibis hotels are of variable quality. This one must be near the bottom of the scale. It is poorly maintained (in our room, bathroom lock wasbmissing, for instance). Small room, only one chair. Located in an ugly suburb, close to a freeway exit and a noisy restaurant. If you want to sleep, go elsewhere. The next day, we saw two nice-looking Ibis properties downtown.
