The hotel is very well placed next to Place de l'Europe. But the accomodation is old and tired (ancient lifts, old furniture, smelly carpets in the corridors). Staff are helpful but they cannot hide the fact the hotel is in dire need of a revamp.

The internet service was also spectacularly, hair-pullingly unreliable.

The hotel is a good place to stay when you are for business in Montpellier. The hotel management cares for the satisfaction of the customers. After an initial complaint about service quality, the situation was not only appologized by the management, but as well corrected!

Very nice staff and a surprisingly good breakfast. In a natural lighted room, a good variety of cheeses, different types of bread,pancakes,waffles, and a bio-organic products table are available. Espresso machines and friendly staff in breakfast area. The bedroom is good, great bed, nice quiet sleep. Now what's that smell? Maybe some carpet cleaner used in the corridor hall. I could feel it from the elevator at reception floor, ugh! We stayed for five nights, and it got better. I hope it's used every once in a while.
Bath and sanitary in separate rooms in the chamber, which is unusual for us Brazillians. Anyway, worth every coin.

Stayed as part of Shearings tour. Room very nice bed very comfortable. Food very nice. Shame we arrived late and left early as hotel was close to tramway and would have made exploring the surroundings very easy.
