We only spent one night but would have enjoyed a longer stay, great location within easy walking distance of all the sights, large comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts.

We stayed at this B&B for only 1 night but Isabella and Nicolas were wonderful! They arranged parking right in front of their house, invited us to join their friends for an after dinner drink, gave us restaurant and taxi tips. My husband was ill during the vacation and Isabella provided many remedies to try and phoned all the physicians in the area in an effort to obtain an appointment which we were able to do. Their house is beautiful, well kept and if you go during the summer months, they have an in ground pool (not heated) in their oasis of a back yard. We dined outdoors for Breakfast on their patio. Both our host and hostess made us feel very much at home and couldn't have been more helpful in every way. The room was large, clean. The only issue and this is very much a western issue was no shower curtain for the shower and they were waiting on a door to be installed between the bathroom/shower and bedroom. However, the door wasn't an issue for us since there was a curtain. Isabella & Nicolas- thank you so much. (and the 's' for sport on the Peugeot didn't do a thing!)

Our one night stay at Le 45 BB was a wonderful experience. Nicholas and Isabelle are wonderful hosts, welcoming you into their home as if you were personal friends. The surroundings are beautiful. You feel like you're someplace special the minute you walk through the door. The pool area in the courtyard is lovely and sitting out there at breakfast is such a treat. Our room was large and bright and decorated beautifully. The freshly baked items served at breakfast were outstanding, as well as Isabelle's yogurt and toppings. I truly appreciated their warmth and friendliness. It was a perfect stay.

We have just spent a week in Carcassonne staying at Le 45 BB which had been recommended by our son & partner who had visited earlier in the year. Nicolas & Isabelle, could not have been more hospitable. A lovely clean room in their beautiful house, wonderful home made breakfasts in their peaceful and private garden with pool, helpful advice and great company. We ate out at excellent restaurants some nights but our hosts were happy for us to bring food from the market and would often join us for drinks in the garden where we enjoyed good conversation. The house is within walking distance of Le Cite, Canal du Midi, museums, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a cycle ride beside the canal and took a tour to the 4 chateaux de Lastours. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would highly recommend Le 45 BB.
