Dreadful, dirty, uncomfortable, dingy... absolutely ghastly dump, that unfortunately happens to be near the old town.

An absolute rip-off. Stay in your car rather than here. Uncomfortable bed, no pillows, dirty carpets, filthy bedcover, tired furniture. No more to say.

This hotel has not been remodeled since the 70s and smells like it. Also it's incredibly hot, the beds are ancient, and the breakfast weak. It's only good attribute was it's proximity to Carcassonne but that sight itself is only a 3 or 4 hour deal, tops. My advice is day trip to Carcassonne but stay somewhere else.

Even simple and polite requests to staff at this hotel were met with unbelievably aggressive behaviour. It's clearly not a happy place to work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we decided curtailed our stay. Suspect that if this wasn't so close to Carcassone it would go out of business. Sure you can do much better than this!

This was a major dissappointmtent on our trip. The rooms were more like a hostel than a hotel and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Internet did not reach our room although did if we went to lobby. The young lady on the desk was a delight though. Very helpful and spoke excellent english.
