I stayed here for 2 days for 50 euros for 2 person. The hotel situated 3-5 minutes from Metro station. Etap hotel shared the same building with Ibis hotel. The room is quite comfortable. We had double decker, single on top, queen on bottom. They only provide towels and nothing else.
One morning we put the "do not disturb" sign but the housekeeper keeps knocking on our door, after explaining that we didnt need the cleaning, another housekeeper came again after few hours. this time, she just knocking one time and enter directly despite THE SIGN!

“Very pleasant hotel”
We stayed a couple of nights here and had a very pleasant stay. We were on one of the higher floors with floor to ceiling windows which gave us a good view. The hotel was clean and situated next to a big shopping centre with a (very useful!) supermarket and other stores. It's also only a 10 minute walk from a metro station to get into the centre of Paris as well as a McDonalds and other restaurants.
Very good if you're on a budget.

Great place for the price you pay, clean, safe and friendly staff, 4min walk from the metro station. There are too few lifts for so many floors. At night the area can get a bit dodgy, but I Still recommend it.

“Good enough”
This hotel is good enough for anyone who wants to find a budget hotel in Paris. The price is great, the hotel is not far from subway station and close to a shopoing area. But the rooms are very old and the distance to every touristic place in Paris is considerable, you should count a whole hour to go anywhere.
