My wife and I came from San Francisco, California to see the beauty of Paris. We went straight to this hotel straight from Charles de Gaulle Airport to check in and drop off our luggages. It's a filthy place with dog pooh on the sidewalks and located close to a school and noisy..Their elevator is out of service and We have to carry our own luggages up to the 4th floor..also their toilet you can't hardly moved at all..The price is not that cheap anyway... and the people are not so friendly....I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends or to anyone....this is a very terrible place to stay.....avoid this hotel....

This is a wonderful hotel. I couldn't fault anything about the place. The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Paris. As many have said; the proximity to the Metro station made travel across the city perfect. Highly recommend this!

We stayed for 10 days in hotel Charma with my wife, it was a very nice stay,the room was clean, decent size ,well decorated and the staff helpful.
but the best thing is the perfect location of the hotel, just a walking distance from subway station line 1,
Going straight to the louvre , rivoli st, champs elyses ...
We recommand this hotel ,we'll stay there in our next visit to Paris.

I arrived at the hotel at 8pm and was told I would have to stay in the hotel next door. I asked why but all of a sudden the receptionist forgot how to speak English! Then I was shown the room in the hotel next door - it was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. It was dirty with chipped paint everywhere and no doors on the wardrobe. The bathroom looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months and the television didn't work. There were also no towels.

I was tired after a long train journey so couldn't be bothered to complain. I decided to go for a walk to find a restaurant and asked the male receptionist if I could have a towel. He said he would leave one out for me. When I arrived back several hours later he had forgotten all about the towel!

The next morning I was up at 7.30am and left as soon as I could. Luckily I only stayed one night but I would have been better off sleeping on the streets. When I book a room in a hotel I expect to stay in that hotel - don't risk it!
