I stayed in this hotel with my family and we didn´t like anything. The staff members are not polite and don´t like to speak in English. If you go with kids you could have problems. In fact, if you want to enjoy your stay in Paris, it´s better chose another hotel!!!!!

My daughter and I stayed here -- our first visit to Paris. This was a very nice room, with a lift to take bags up. It was within walking distance and easily accessible to the metro. We walked to the Eiffel tower. I was very pleased with the value, and would recommend it.

we stayed here for a weekend in october, it,s not the lap of luxury but it,s safe and in a decent area and central to eifel tower etc, freindly staff and spotless clean which is important to us, we paid 277 euros for 3 nites, not bad for paris, would be very suitable if you just want a low budget hotel to enjoy paris. most are expensive, we would stay again for that price

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast of bread, cheeses, jams, coffee was fresh. The rooms are older, but very clean. We did have a shower option. The water pressure excellent. The plumbing works very well. It's in a quiet residential area. Close by are several delicious restaurants, metro station, market, flower shops. Cable TV you only have CNN. Everything else in French. We didn't hear noise from any other rooms. The beds were very comfortable.
I traveled with my adult daughter and son. We had two rooms. You can have up to three people per room. It's not glitzy, like a 4 or 5 star, but when you get the bill after the six nights we were very happy. Even my picky daughter said she would stay there again in the future. I would recommend this hotel for certain friends.For some they might want to be in a fancier hotel or a more tourist area. It depends on the person. I'm very happy having stayed there.
