Dirty. Smelled bad. Found a long black hair in my sink.

Colleague's shower didn't work, she washed in the sink, asked for a reduction, was told the room was already discounted...erm. As it happens the shower wasn't broken but so unbelievably complicated to use, turn, push, twist, pull, that there was no way to work out how to use without instructions. No instructions.

I have to admit I stayed in the shower for as brief a time as possible, didn't want to touch anything.

Receptionist in grotty fleece smoking leaning on the front door as we arrived. Classy.

And 120 euros a night. What a joke, a very unfunny one.

Positives:
1. Location is good if you want to travel through the city.
2. At 95 Eur per night, its a good bargain.
3. Some staff was really helpful and welcoming.
4. Beds were nice and room service was okay.
5. Double room with road view is far more better than the Single room.
Negatives:
1. Welcoming was not at all cheerful especially when we reached at night.
2. Some staff members don't believe in serving, its about their attitute you have to tolerate.
3. We faced a bad booking problem. The online booking showed a confirmation of Double Room but on arrival we had to spend one night in single room. (The Single room was a big mistake - A/C was not working, TV was showing 'No service found', wasnt able to connect to Wi-Fi Internet. Moreover there was one big double bed and only space left was to either open windows - which opened at the dirty backyard - OR the bathroom door). The staff was reluctant to do anything about it. It was made better by the day staff when she changed our room from Single to Double Room the next day.
4. Even in Double room - the bathtub/ the basin none had the water stopper. When I asked for it at the reception, I was told ' We don't have it...' :D
