I loved it when I stayed there years ago. It was funky and quaint and cheap with a great location and they allowed dogs. But I was in Paris last week and walked by and the building's being redeveloped (or at least it's closed, cleared out and dusty with official notices stuck all over it). I get the feeling it will be something very different (and more lucrative) when it eventually reopens. Bummer.
