friendly staff. nice hotel, nice room clean bathroom. Location so and so, very close to the tube station so you can move easily everywhere but the area is not my cup of tea after 6:00pm in my opinion. wifi available but it doesnt work in our room (6 floor).

I was looking for a hotel close to Gare du Nord, because I had a train at 6:00 and it was very difficult! Most of the hotels in this region are old and not very clean, but Kuntz was a good surprise! The building is a little bit antique, but very confortable and clean, staff was very helpful, the hotel is exactly between gares du Nord e de L'est. It's not the most glamourous area of Paris, but the metro is very, very close, I recommend it !

Good for a budget hotel in Paris when you do not want to pay too much and are just looking for a place to sleep at night. The room was somewhat clean, but the beds and sheets were comfortable.

Located right in between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, you do hear the trains. But they stop from around 23h to 6h30. Good for transportation thought.

Would not go there with my kids, but as a single adult, it's fine.

Room and hotel was ok, perfectly acceptable as a 2*, had no gripes whatsoever about the room. Was quite noisy however due to overlooking the Gare l'est train station. Very close location to the Gare Est and Gare Nord train stations, down a side street so not busy or filled with traffic. Unfortunately the area around the train stations in Paris is pretty grim, (which has nothing to do with the hotel) but if you want to stay close to the train station then its ideal! Definately not a bad place for a night or a stopover, but if you want somewhere romantic or in an area where you can wander at night without fear of being robbed on your holiday I would recommend somewhere else!
