“Expensive for what it is”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 January 2011 via mobile

While the top dloor two bedder had some charm, namely the French windows onto a pretty courtyard, the rooms were dinky - one you had to crouch double because the ceiling was so low. Ridiculous shower at knee height, smelly fridge, rude woman in spa who told my children they couldn't use the pool when we had been told by reception they could. We had a kitchen - but if you used it you had to pay 50euro extra for cleaning. Also, having booked what was billed a 2- bedroom apartment we got an email saying it was simply a one bedroom with a separate living room with sofa bed. So just before we arrived we had to pay an extra 90 euros for the extra bedroom - which as I said was for hobbits. Location fine but we have stayed in better places closer to St Germain.

“Beautiful apartment, perfect location and service”

We stayed in the sensual studio for a long weekend, arriving Saturday night leaving Monday night. Check in was easy and friendly, receptionist showed us to our room at around 8pm in a lift that barely fits 2! The street has lots of Japanese and sushi about 5 mins walk from st germain or luxembourg. There is a great traditional French restaurant called Polidor across the street. Internet was fast and wifi worked. Bed comfy and spa downstairs is open for residents 10am - 2pm each day only (after that i think they charge as open to public)
breakfast avail by the hammam downstairs but we didn't have. Would love to go again.

“A place to discover”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2010

The residence is well located in a quiet place near St Germain
The entry is worthy of a palace with its red carpet.
For those who wish to feel at home with full equiped kitchen and plenty of space, they have to come here!
The staff was very attentive and helpfull.
We can use the spa and hammam from 10 am till 2pm and that was not possible before.
My advice is go and see it yourself!

“location, location, location”

We stayed in a studio apt. Smallish but well decorated, decent bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The building is very well kept. The usual tiny Parisian elevator , a lovely cour and a spa. The best is, of course, the location. Between Odéon, Blvd Saint Germain and Blvd Saint MIchel you could not wish for more. Full of wonderful restaurants at your door step and the Bon Marché at walking distance with its amazing food halls. Wifi working very well!

“7th heaven!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 June 2010

I stayed at the Residence du Prince Régent with my friends last month. We book the 4 room Duplex "La Perle". The appartment was just absolutely perfect, decorated with taste, very posh. We had way enough space for us all (there was 6 of us...), in fact the appartment is 110 square meters, bigger than most parisian appartments. We payed 400 euros/night for the Duplex, that is to say 65 euros/pers/night, cheap for such a quality! Plus there is a spa in the hotel that is just incredible, 7th heaven!!!
The staff is lovely, very professionnal, always caring for your wellness.

I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends, families that are looking for an appartment... Everyone!
