Centrally located, in a quiet street, near Gare Montparnasse. Fair price for Paris if you book well in advance. Not a fancy hotel but reasonable, clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a double room with my sister for 3 nights and we found the hotel to be well located, clean and quiet. The room was tastefully decorated and fairly small but perfectly fine since we were really there to see the city. The St. Placide metro station has a line which goes directly to the Gare de Nord. There is also a Velib bicycle hire point very close by. There are restaurants within walking distance and the Le Bon Marche supermarket is worth a couple of visits.

A small, clean hotel close to St. Placide metro station. It is centrally located and therefore ideal for visiting Paris. The location was very quiet: there was no problem with traffic or other noise. The staff were polite and helpful. We stayed for six nights and the room rate varied considerably. It would have been better if a package was possible. Also, I dont particularly agree with charging for the use of a security safe as this is necessary for all guests. This service should be free in all hotels. These criticisms aside, I would use this hotel again when visiting Paris and I would have no reservations about recommending it to friends.

Very good location, nice decoration but the staff is not very professional, parcularly regarding room cleaning. One of the days, the cleaning of our room was left uncomplete: towels were missing and the paper basket was on the table...
Service really must improve...
