My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The apartment was fantastic and in a great location. We were impressed with the amount of security and amenities which were included. The staff were very nice and made you feel welcome. There was plenty of everything nearby which was very handy...groceries, shopping, etc.

We enjoyed the large bathroom, functional kitchen facilities and of course, our own balcony for relaxing on after a long day out enjoying Paris! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We went there on 27/05/11 and stay for a week... hotel staff friendly and give us a lots of help and guide... hotel nearby were really conveniece with supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop, bakery shop ect... we also found that its just took about 15 to 20 minutes walked to Champs-Elysses... if going back Paris this hotel still will be my 1st on my list >< that's only a small complaint about cleaning lady coz after the 1st day she didn't give us any coffee and things in the wash room... so, we thought might be she forgot but actually not... until the 2nd last we coplaint to office she still don't want to admit>< her cleaning quite untidy too but luckly that's not the main road so even the table or kitchen were dusty...

This was a nice little self contained apartment, in a secure building and close to a main road, metro & bus lines. The room itself was clean and tidy with a hot plate and sink and small fridge. The bathroom was clean and quite modern, bed firm and comfy. We chose a 1 bedroom and our kids were on 2 single beds, all in the one suite to keep costs down. Local shops and restaurants were nice and it was fairly easy to find your way around. Staff spoke quite good English and were friendly and helpful.
If you're in Paris, you aren't there to stay in your room, but it was a comfortable place to come home to each night.
WIFI provided too.

I spent 3 night at Residhotel and I really appreciate the courtesy of the staff of the front desk, always ready to help me.
The structure it's really new, with a wide modern room and a super clean bathroom.
Confortable bed and nice kitchen with the necessary to cook a simple meal.
Wi-fi worked very well and it was free.
The only negative thing is the check in, available after 5 pm.
After a travel, maybe in the night, can be usefull to get in the room at the end of the morning (even because check-out must be before 11 am).
