Very well located, clean and eficient.
Small rooms but more than acceptable for a prime location in Paris (just in front of the Sorbonne), for sure at this rate.
WIFI free in the room worked well.
Plenty of sigths and nice restaurants around.

I spent four nights in the hotel in January 2012. The staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting lots of places to visit and asking how your day had been when you returned. They showed a real interest in you, which for a Paris hotel I found a real treat! The location is very good, no more than 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame RER (take exit #3), which makes it very easy to get to and from CDG Airport. Our room faced the main street, but with two double glazed windows there was very little noise from outside. The rooms are a bit on the small side. We had the breakfast (cereal, pastries, toast, yoghurt, tea/coffee) and for 8 euros it is OK value, though if you just want a pastry you should go elsewhere. There is free wifi which worked fine in our room. For the location, service and price this hotel is well worth the stay.

For the price this Hotel tops the list of great Hotels. Centrally located and close to Metro in what seemed to be a safe and freindly area.Plenty of resteraunts close by as well all the shops a traveller needs including Post Office and supermarket. The rooms are not huge but are clean and well maintained with a small lift to service all floors. The thing that really stands out in the Hotel is the staff. Instaed of fighting the crowds and working out the stations on the Metro they directed to a bus from the Gare de Lyon station which took us almost to the front door. So easy yet alot of places let you find your own way. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and they were all only to happy to assist in anyway they could. Thomas even went to the trouble of printing out local night spots for us to visit during our stay. We paid the extra for the braekfast which was great value with as much hot chocolate or coffee as you wanted and the freshest croissants. When we sadly had to leave they even found tape for us to secure a parcel we were sending home. You won't find a better better value in Paris.

The hotel was located in a central location within walkable distance to Notre Dame, the area around seems to be pretty safe and we have no trouble walking back to the hotel from the metro (St Michel/Cluny) late at night. But what makes this hotel truly stands out is the service that we have got, the hotel staffs are extremely friendly and went out of their way to give us advice on where to go for good Parisians food or sightseeing places. Definitely a place I will recommend to fellow travellors.
