Stayed at Diana hotel twice and highly recommend it.
First of all, a brilliant location: it's in a charming intellectual-feel Paris quartiere (a stone's throw from Sorbonne and easy walking distance to nice piazzas, cafes, bookshops, cathedrals -including Notre Dame -, the Seine and the Metro!)
The owner at the time (Therese) was very helpful both at the booking stage (I asked for suggestions of nice real-non-touristy Parisian restaurants to which she promptly replied with a list to choose from) and during our stay, attending to our every need in a helpful manner.
Rooms were a bit small but comfy and brilliantly clean.
