I have stayed in several Parisian hotels when working on the project in France, and I can name Radisson Blu as the best hotel I was staying in Paris.
I escaped here from Pullman, and Radisson, charging almost the same rate was millions times better the former one: modern rooms, excellent breakfast, attentive staff - everything you miss in hotels in Paris - was present in Radisson.

I would definitely recommend this hotel against any other in that area in the same price range.

A real neat stay.

We were a group of three, stayed in this hotel for two nights in early March, at that time the value of the hotel was quit competitive. As I always rate hotel services based on it's price, I rate this hotel Excellent.
The hotel is near to two metro stations on M9 line of Paris, The Porte de Saint-Cloud station is about 5 min walk and is just on the other side of a square near the Hotel. The Marcel Sembat station is about 10 min walk in the same street that the hotel is. near the Marcel Sembat station there is a KFC too. In paris when you reach in to a Metro Station you have it all! all of the main attractions of Paris is very near to metro stations. The M9 line is one of the best , The Trocadéro station for Eiffel tower and the La Fayette Gallery station are on this line and with one change you can reach to Louvre and Champs Elysees . This line also has an excellent connections to other lines. so based on this , the location of the hotel is quit good.
The quality of the breakfast was good but the choices where limited for a 4 star hotel. As I remember this hotel has two types of breakfast on the reservation :cold and hot!
The check in and check out process was very fast. The staff attitudes was vary person to person. Some of them were really cold and ignorant but the rest were helpful. So I can not rate the staff very good but average is appropriate.
The room service and cleanness was good but rooms themselves were somehow old fashioned and aging. I think rooms need some renovations.
The amenities of the rooms were good in European standards, rooms have safe box , LCD , shower gel and the basic necessities.
