“Awful- Noisy, dirty, tiny rooms, unhelpful staff, bad area”

Staff lied to us and said they had no twin rooms, when in fact they did. We had to complain quite stubbornly to get moved from what was basically a large cupboard. Dirty, small, mouldy, unfriendly, as 2 girls travelling we didn't feel safe in area, staff intimidating, cleaners moved belongings and opened windows, breakfast dull and tasteless.
