This small boutique hotel was quite comfortable and conveniently located in the 5th arrondissement, just a short walking distance from all there is to see in the Latin Quarter. Tucked onto a quiet side street, the Relais Saint-Jacques has a small, quaint reception area where you can have a drink and a bright breakfast room. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. A nice find in Paris!

Set in a quiet area with freshly refurbished rooms, this is a nice spot for spending a weekend in Paris!

You know the saying: ‘There are three things that matter in property: location, location, location". Well, this hotel is located in a great spot, close enough to every major Paris attraction, yet conveniently away from them in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
For Paris first timers, it is ideal since it is located just a couple of blocks away from the Gare du Luxembourg (Paris RER) station, so you can get virtually anywhere in less than 30 minutes.
The rooms are nice. Clean. Cozy and very well equipped. Unless you want to pay 800 Euros for a suite in a 5 stars hotel, this is a great option.
The staff is very good, attentive and ready to help in anything you may need. Just need to ask. They all speak English. Some of them, even Spanish.
We never tried their breakfast. But it looked very good ;)
No fitness center. Not restaurant. Which anyway are not deal breakers since walking Paris is already a great workout and eating out is a must if you really want to enjoy the city.

Perfect location with Luxembourg RER right on the doorstep making it very easy to get around the city plus just 40 minute direct train ride from CDG airport. Lovely neighbourhood, much nicer than other parts of Paris, it felt clean and safe with plenty of cafes, great restaurants (recommend les papilles and la vin qui dance), patisseries etc but not too touristy.

Hotel was very comfortable, excellent room sizes, nice bed, all very clean. Only bug bear was the shower didn't stay a constant temperature and wasn't very powerful. Not very appealing when you've had a long day walking round Paris! Also wifi would have been great along with more international tv channels but then I guess it is only a small hotel (22 rooms).

Excellent reception staff and nice decor downstairs. Very good value for Paris.
