We got a very cheap deal online for this hotel and we've stayed twice in the last year. The only reason to choose this hotel is for its location and value. You can't expect luxury in Paris for 75 Euro!
So, if you're in any doubt...the rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny. If your waist is larger than 32 inches you might find it difficult to turn around in the shower (seriously). The other downside is that the walls/ceilings are very thin, if you have argumentative/amorous neighbours like we did...you'll hear it all!
However, it is clean/well maintained and five mins from the Eiffel Tower.

I found nothing about this hotel to be acceptable.. From the very small room to the tiny bathroom that was not safe due to the positioning of the toilet, which was next to the shower. The shower was extremely small and you couldnt turn around in it without hitting the tap causing an instant dramatic change in the water temperature. Staff were unelpful and unfriendly and quite pratronising. Breakfast was a nightmare ,with coffee machines breaking down ,to lack of food. No bread at least twice.Door to the room was difficult to open and needed brute force. Lift lights went out whilst i was inside it more than once. All overa bad experience ,never again .

We stayed for 3 nights and it was really good value for money. The room is simple but very clean and there is everything you may need. Breakfast is not include but it's better to take it because outside the cheapest is €12.00. Perfect central position. Free, quick Wi-Fi connection. Highly recommended !

This isn't a 5* hotel and I feel this reflects on the price. However, when you go to Paris you don't need 5* luxury. I booked this hotel through Eurostar for a weekend break for me and my partner for his birthday back in May. The hotel is very nice. It's clean, in a very nice area, 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and is very quite on a night time. It is also within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee, the Lourve and Notre Dame (Notre Dame is about a 45 minute walk but definitely worth it as you get to see the best of Paris). The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile. We had a corner room so it wasn't huge but it had a very comfy, clean double bed and a single bed in another room attached to ours. The bathroom is quite small but is comfortable. The shower was very funny tbh as when we turned it on full the water went everywhere and soaked us lol was very, very funny lol. So a little trick is to not turn the shower on full straight away and just do it slowly. I have to say I have nothing bad to say about this place. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits and sweets. We had breakfast only once in the 3 days we stayed there as we wanted to try the local cuisine in the area but the breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced (we only paid for the room). The hotel is accessable via bus and only costs a few euros. A taxi costs about 15 euro (I think, may have been cheaper or a little more). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, friendly, cheap hotel. I know we'll definitely stay there again if we go back to Paris.
