Not bad for what it is. It is a hostel of sorts, small (warning to large Americans), but, for my wife and me, quite comfortable. The wi-fi signal didn't reach our floor... but only minor inconvenience. The high storey room meant a relatively quiet night. The windows were sufficiently insulating of traffic and street noise. The location is extremely convenient for metro, and La comédie française!
Didn't have the breakfast, but it is an option (in tiny space), and conveniently offers tickets to various Paris attractions!
We had very low expectations, and were pleasantly surprised!
The staff, it has to be said, were part of what is good about this hotel: polite, welcoming and professional. In the end, if you are visiting Paris, and only need a safe place to set down your bags, have a shower and a sleep (no romance, here), then this hotel is for you! Why pay more, when you can be comfortable, safe, and have extra spending money for the shops and restaurants!
