“Perfect price, for quaint hotel with character and charm”

I stayed here with my mum as an avid Jim Morrison fan, I wanted to be close to Pere Lachaise. I am a smoker, mum is not, so it was lovely to have a quaint wee balcony to have a sneaky cig on with a very beautiful view (will upload pics) There is a Mcdonalds downstairs open till 2am (never used it) Cause there is also 2 supermarkets across the rd, which have litre of pink wine for a euro! I would use the Voltaire station (hotel is next door) They told me Republic so that was a small hike! Ohhh just a tip fab wee clothes shop opp Pere Lachaise that have items from 1 euro upwards and if eating at night visit St Michael (notre damn) Hundreds of cafes competing so you can get a three course meal (and sometimes a glass of wine for 10 euros!

Ok it's not a luxurus hotel, but it's a good place to stay for a short break to Paris. The rooms and the bathroom are not big but from the window he had the most parisien view ever!
Clean room I was only annoyed by the noise of the metro. I don't know if it's a general problem but I've heard the train all the time!
The stuff is friendly and helpful. A merto station is just outside the hotel and also the area is safe and there are many places to eat or to have a snack.

Other than its location near the Metro and a McD's, there were no redeeming value about the rooms and their contents. Staying at an ETAP was like a five star compared to this dump.

“Absolutely terrible......”

Lift didn't work, room terrible and smelt of mould, lock on door looked like it had been broken into multiple times, bed soft and springy, night manager surly and unhelpful.....asked for balance to be paid before even looking up from his newspaper.

Overall....worst hotel experience i have ever had, surpassing a shocker I had in Ancona 7 years ago.

Don't stay here.....
