To get that real feel for a city, you have to stay in a neighborhood hotel. This is a great choice. Very reasonably priced; rooms are spacious by European standards. Breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is super - 5 minute walk from the Olympiades metro station. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby - ate macarons from a bakery every day of our stay! Hotel has an elevator-- also a plus! The windows open, so we were able to enjoy the cool evening temperatures during an unseasonably hot November. The hotel was very quiet - we were surprised to see so many other patrons at breakfast because we did not hear any noises in the hallway.

Nice clean room, location for travel to central Paris very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Car parking extra charge very reasonable.

Forget the hotel location in Paris. Residence Richemont is pretty close to a metro station and it served us well as our base for visiting eiffel tower, louvre, champs elysee, versailles.. and what ever there is :)

The hotel room has enough space (normal size) so the stuff about small hotel rooms in paris doesen't really fit here. No bed bugs either, so don't worry about that.

Shower could have worked better, I don't know why they don't fix it because it would be so easy to do, yet I had no big problems with it. Bathroom could have used some paint and another one of the lights didn't work (this has happened in a lot of hotels, so I don't know if they are trying to save electricity). Our bed was huge because it was two beds put together (this has happened in a lot of hotels too and has never been a problem to me).

Reception was ok. Breakfast was not really my standards, so I would not propably choose this hotel again as I booked it mainly because of the free breakfast. I suggest considering eating breakfast in a cafe when in france.
