We stayed there for 3 days in october.
The hotel is small and the rooms are not that big, but hotel staff is verry friendly.
Rooms are clean, breakfast is just enough for me.

And the location nearby a metro and close to Montmartre is fantastic!!

We stayed about a year ago and I would say it is very average.

Location is absolutely excellent though. You are right in the heart of Paris and at a great location to go exploring and just use the hotel as a base.

If you want it for anything more than just somewhere to sleep, you will be disappointed. Rooms aren't that clean, very small indeed and breakfast staff are incredibly rude.

My advice is to stay if you're looking for somewhere with an location and don't mind a pokey little room with a towel that is off white!

The location is perfect for Montmartre area. Metro just outside & Taxi rank too. Alain was most helpful at the reception desk. Bedding was clean. Adequate breakfast for 6 euros. Room on top floor OK space wise. That's the good points. Now the bad. Carpets grubby, water pressure poor, lift tiny & only takes 1 case & 1 person at a time,( not good if 3 people want the 6th floor). Worst of all we left our bags in the dining room during departure day & someone cut one locked case completely open. Another case( not locked) had been searched. Could likely have been another guest who did this as the dining room is on the 1st floor. Hardly likely to be a passer by. It should be closed off & entry only gained whilst supervised by a member of staff. No scotch tape at reception so thank god another guest had some to give us.

For me the only positive point is the location. The rest of my evaluation is very negative. Rooms in poor condition, cleaning (daily) but very little hygiene (towels and trash in the hall), very small lift that fits a suitcase and a person shower with low pressure, one of the bedrooms had no curtains in the bathroom and had holes in the ceiling of the bathroom ...
For me it can not be said to have been a positive experience ....
