I stayed at Eden for 4 nights back in June 2007. I would say I will not come back to this hotel. I only picked this hotel because of budget constraint. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, although there are several metro stations within 5 minutes walking. I had a single room, with a toilet, but no shower. To shower, you have to go to the first floor, get the key from the receptionist, and paid 4 EUR per shower. The room was very small, there was a small bed, a small table, a small cupboard, and a small TV, without any English channel. It's not dirty, but I would not say it's clean. Breakfast was not included in the rate, but there was small bakery nearby. Even if you're on a budget, I think you could do better than this hotel - my 2 cents.

we have just spent 3 nights there in a double room.
it's a low-budget-hotel and that's exactly what you should expect.
location is really good and you have 2 metro-stations just around the corner. the room was alright but the bed was just terrible! we found loads of hair in our bed and the mattress was completely worn down. staff was friendly and we didn't try the breakfast.
I guess it's fair enough for the money but i wouldn't stay there again and prefer to spend a little bit more for a proper and clean hotel.
don't be as naive as i was and arrive by car and think you find a place to park anyway, even when the hotel doesn't offer an official parking lot. you won't find any place to park for free at the street for more than one night and the next car park is approx. at least 2km's away

This hotel is terrible! Do not stay here! It is dirty, there were hairs in our beds, the pillows were useless and dirty, the floor was dirty and disgusting. Thank goodness I had sandals with me to put on. Also, thank goodness I had a bed roll. The only reason I stayed, was because it was too late to try and find something else. It is in a terrible neighbourhood.. it is about a 40 minute subway trip to anywhere popular in Paris. There is no light in the hallway. There is no TV, or may as well be no TV. Not that it mattered, as you would not want to stay in the room long enough to watch anything on TV anyway. The noise in the neighbourhood is loud, there are street lights that shine right in the room, as the curtains are just sheers and don't keep out light. Everything I saw was dirty and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We stayed here just a couple of months ago.

We took a double bed with an attached shower. The place was quite clean. The rooms, however, are small and get a bit stuffy at night. There was no problem with hot running water.

The metro station is very close by so it is convenient. There are also some general stores close by so again that really helps.

By the way, it is in a narrow lane and the view is nil.

Overall, its good value for money if you are there for sightseeing and will use the room basically to sleep!
