This hotel has a 3 stars, but I wouldn't give it even one. For 90 euros that was very bad. Room was dirty, staff not helpful at all. I walked in the room and went to look for another hotel and I found, just across the street, a 3 star hotel that had the same price as this one, but compared to this one that was a 10 star hotel. They did renovate some rooms but it would be fair if they out on internet the other rooms that are dirty, old, and nothing works. I haven't spend one night there because I couldn't. xxxxx Very, very dissapointed.

I was stayed there 3 nights. 3 terrible nights. At the door there were a "3 star" sign given by French tourism authority. May be they were drunk while giving out the stars. There were limited hot water every day, rooms were very dirty. Beds, linens, everything was dirty in the room. There was a tv but no remote control only local French channels. Just a desk and a chair. Bathroom was small and old fashioned. Breakfast was only consisting of croissant and coffe or tea both were terrible. During our second day we saw the kitchen accidentally and quit having our breakfast there. Kitchen probably last renewed just after WW2. So, yes location is very good. Yes neighbourhood is not bad. But these are not enough reasons to sleep within those dirts. This hotel was terrible.

i have an only one good impression for this hotel; that is location. This hotel location is very closer to the opera building, concorde square, louvre museum, champs elyees avenue and other well known locations. You can reach those locations by walking in a 10min. by the way infront of hotel there is a supermarket, mc donalds and metro station (le peletier). Paris metro is very good organized metro u can go where u want by using metro. The metro is like london, new york or moscow metro but level of security is better(except st dennie region). My room was at the 1st floor and under my room there was a armenian restaurant. It was smelling very bad n every night i was listening stupid traditional armenian songs up to 02:00. Moreover metro is passing under the hotel bcs of this hotel is vibrating when trains are passing. Breakfast is poor bcs they are giving u only the french break fast. Rooms are clean but very very older by the way hotel is older. Hotel has no air conditioning system, i dont wanna imagine summer time.

Basic clean hotel that has got better each time I've visited over the last 4 years. Traffic is noisy on the Rue Lafayette and the rooms do not have air conditioning. Across the road are sevearl cheap restaurants including a good Italian pizzeria.
