We stayed here for a night. The hotel is located just far enough away from the centre of Paris to be out of the immediate tourist zone and to give the impression that actual people who live in Paris might be nearby, but not so far away that it's not walking distance.
While the room was simply furnished, the furniture was to a decent standard, the carpet thick and comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, although the pink and orange bed clover needs a rethink. The area is safe and resaonably quiet and easy to get to - a ten minute walk to Luxembourg RER max.
Only real negative was the bathroom - no major repair issues but the shower consisted of a shower fitting attached to a tap in a bath with no shower curtain - who takes baths on holiday? seriously? But apart from that, although this wasn't a spectacular hotel, we found it a reasonably safe, clean, and central place to stay - and it did at least have more space than the average Paris hotel room.
