“OK hotel, but unsatisfactory reservation service”

I booked this hotel directly over the phone the same morning as we drove to Paris. Everything OK and confirmed. Once there, standing at the reception with my family, suddenly there was no longer any family room available and we were asked if instead we wanted 2 double rooms. Of course for twice the price...
Clearly not what I would expect from a hotel in a chain like Best Western!
Hotel itself is an OK three star for Paris. Means rooms are clean, not very big and not very modern. Breakfast is also standard french, with croissant and coffee. Again, OK but nothing special.
Service in reception except for our initial problem was friendly, but struggling with the English.
Location is outside the city but easy to reach center via subway only some hundred meters from hotel.
Parking can be found in garage some 200m away.

“Location”

I staid at this hotel five nights on mid of November 2011.
Location of this hotel was very good to use metro and RER station.
There were many good restaurant and cafe around the hotel at Vincennes.
Every person of front desk were very kindly and had nice smile everyday.
Especially they have a big bathtub with hot spring.
I really enjoyed myself to staid in Vincennes those days.

“Personal review about the BW hotel.”

Breakfast was too expensive and frugal.
Clean rooms and nice location close to the chateau de Vincenne and to the metro station.
The receptionnist was very helpful.
We spent a nice week-end and there are some nice restaurants close to the hote/

“Excellent hotel right outside of Paris”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was pleasant. No rags in the bathrooms. Just towels. Free Wi-fi. Don't fall for the breakfast though. Nothing but canned fruit, croissants, tea, coffee, and canned juice. The display is nice though. lol Room was a tad bit small, but good size for Europe. Hotel is in a nice quiet area. Very nice all in all.

“LIKE A HOME”

I and Mr Giorgio Borghini use this hotel since years ago. we are usual customers. Very good position ,near to underground. All the staff is very kind and available. If you desire a quite hotel with a homely service and atmosphere you are in the right place.
