We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is hard to beat - within steps of Louvre and a charming church of St Germain l'Auxerrois, short walk to Pont Neuf and 2 metro stations, yet very very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and linen fresh and crisp. The shower was fairly roomy by European standards. We did not take breakfast so can not comment on that. We booked a 'superior' room but it's hard to figure out how that differs from a standard room as there was no special view or particular amenities (superior was the only room type available at the time of booking).

The staff were accommodating and generally very pleasant. Overall, I thought this hotel presented a good value for money ratio and would be happy to return.

On a quiet side street near the Seine and the Louvre, this was an ideal spot from which to walk the City of Lights. Our room was small but adequate, comfy bed, nice bathrooms, towel warmers with soft towels. Our view was a courtyard but it was very quiet and we chose a less expensive room Breakfast was included-- phenomenal array of pastries, eggs, cheeses, jams, ham, etc.in the cave.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the sights of Paris are all very close, the Louvre at the end of the street.
A laundry service from the hotel would have been very handy for weary travellers.
Electrics dodgy.
I felt that the room could be a fire trap. A fire door outside the room into the hotel but nowhere to go in the event of a fire, from our room.Our view in the back room was onto an enclosed courtyard with glass awnings.
We stayed in the hotel next door eight years ago, it had more personality ad felt safer, I would try to go there next time.

The rooms are nice, the breakfeast room is lovely, the service is good and the manager, Naomi is the best. There can be no better location in paris, just behind the river, 2 metro stations very near, a lot of busses just across the street. Place Concord, Pace madleine, champs elise, pompidou center, latin quatier and a lot of other tourists places of iterests are in a walking distance.
