Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Wi Fi internet was free. There are supermarkets around : Carrefour / Monoprix & lots of restaurants: Lebanese,Thai,Indian,Italian etc.. Metro was about 25m away. The rooms are a bit small but very accomodating & functionable, The staff are mostly helpful & speaks English except for the 'useless & irritating' old French man who manned the counter at nites during my stay. He's simply a lazy bum S.O.B. who would decline ur requests flatly & says that u could get ur things done in the morning the next day !! The area around is peaceful & safe with Police patrol cars around most of the time. I wouldn't mind staying here again for my next visit.

I stayed here for 5 nights and my first three were very unpleasant. The website describes soundproof rooms but this is not the case, at least the room I was in. I could hear word for word what the neighbours were saying, not fun if you are wanting a good night's sleep and they aren't. Eventually after three nights I requested a room change, to which the staff were happy to oblige and I got a nicer slightly bigger room. However in both rooms there are issues. The beds all squeak with the slightest of movement, and in one room the mattress was very lumpy. The showerhead in one room broken so I had to kneel to wash my hair, in the other room water leaks around the shower head and the bathroom smells ?damp. The rooms are very old looking with worn carpet, small telly's you can't see properly and old decorations. Not all rooms have safes as promised on the website. The doors slam shut unless someone is considerate enough to close them quietly. And when the neighbour is using the card to unlock their door it sounds like they are unlocking yours.
Some positives though, is cheap, 50m from a metro line (but also on top of it so you can hear and feel the metro as it goes underneath), a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the staff I met were friendly. There are cafes and internet cafes nearby.
But if you are looking for a quiet comfortable stay and a bit more central, go somewhere else.

Prons (+): Nice 3 stars hotel, very clean, with very comfort beds, in a great location next to the metro station.

Cons(-): A bit expensive without offering breakfast, too small elevator, unfriendly staff

A very pleasant and clean Hotel with all the normal facilities and no obvious negative attributes.
The service was fine, rooms were cleaned to a high standard and booking in and out proceeded without a hitch.
The location is excellent with a very short walk to the Metro and within strolling distance of the Eiffel Tower.
There are several bars and restaurants within few hundred yards offering a wide choice of food.
