Its a typical Mercure-Standard hotel. With clean and quality Rooms. Maybe the rooms are smaller than one might expect, but I suppose all rooms in Paris are. The room I stayed on the 7th floor had a nice view of the Seine river, and if not for the tall building right in front, we would have had a great view of the Eiffel Tower as well.
The hotel is exceptionally well accessible with RER C and Metro line 10 almost at the door step. One might not a lot of choices in restaurants in the neighborhood though.

service :we arrived late (after a 15 hour delay).....at 10 pm.greeted by a very hospitable young chap ( good looking- we forgot to get his name).
check in was easy.at 11 pm at nite, he got us a map , and wrote us places to visit, things to do and even helped us with metro stations.
spoke very good english.

rooms - small but well appointed.clean.we stayed at room 106 ( despite the reviews bout metro noise , we heard nothing)

location - perfect.metro station at your doorstep. you could see the eiffel tower from the doorstep.all attractions a few metros away.since it was winter, we relied on the metros instead of walking.

all in all - great stay, great location but best of all, service!!

Great location for me. I stayed for 3 nights and could walk everywhere and the metro stop was just outside the front door. The hotel was lovely on the inside. Very modern and clean. I booked a single room and was given a double. The rooms was beautiful, the bathrooms very modern, the shower head lit up different colours (small things like this make me happy) and the layout of the room wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked this hotel through Accor during a sale and it was amazing value for money. There is also free wi-fi and a fridge available for use.
