Stayed here for 3 nights.
The room was very comfortable although the bathroom was tiny but functional. The breakfast was plentifull.

I wasnt overly excited about this hotel. It was handy having the metro close, and buses near it, however I think i would of prefered to have been closer to the river. I found that as we stayed in the summer it was very hot too, because we did not have any air conditioning. However, the staff were very nice, so it did definatly help improve the experience.

when discussing hotels in Paris You have to be aware that the price level is high. Also You can not rely o the the stars. Some 4 star hotels are really a joke, and 2 stars in Paris mean "rat free".
So, 3 stars, central location and a room bin enough to accomodate 3 + a baby. 130 Euros incl. Breakfast. Ambitios for Paris, but here it works. Room was comparativ big. Breakfast is good and cheap. Very close to Metro station, maybe 150 meters. Opera and the big galleries is about 1 km walking. It is a bit load if You face the street, but we did not have any problems. Might be an issue in summer with windows open. Shops and restaurants nearby. Reception is professional and quick, no issues at check-in and out. Internet is cheap. TV is very small (are You going to Paris for watching TV?). I will keep the hotel on the list if returning to Paris

I stayed at the du Casino for 2 nights in July and would thoroughly recommend it. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. The room was a little small for 3 adults but this was expected for a Paris hotel. It had the most adorable little elevator with stairs winding around it. Our window opened onto an inner courtyard which had a lovely little garden below us. It was in a good location on a quiet street, within easy walking distance of the Metro and with a handy little mini-market just across the street. Breakfast was basic but good. Best of all, the staff were very helpful and friendly. This wonderful little hotel would deserve a 5 star rating if not for the slightly tired decor, but still great value.
