Stayed here for 2 nights In September 06. Lovely hotel we were upgraded to an excutive room as ours wasnt ready. had heard rooms in paris where small. however ours was plenty big enough. The staff was friendly. it was a 10 min walk to the nearest tube, but you could see the eiffel tower , which was was also only 10 mins away at a strollinig pace, which made it seem worth while. but the hotel overall was very nice. Any questions just ask?

Room was small but so well designed that it was not cramped. It was attractively furnished, with good mattresses.

We had a gorgeous view of the Seine River. Buffet breakfast was wonderful each day.

I only wish that the pool/fitness area was not so expensive to use.

had one night in paris, arriving by car about 6pm, we wanted a hotel that we could find and had a car park. the eiffel tower and the river seine i thought would be a help, and it was, the hotel is easy to find. the hotel is a typical city 4 star hotel very busy, very big, exactly what you expect. my secret was booking by phone after looking on the net, they offer a late offer of 140 euro per room per night instead of 290 or more, but you must pre pay in full. no problem when you are getting a 4 star hotel in paris for half price ?? good position, own car park, dont eat or drink there too expensive, try the ritz, we did our son treated us for a round of drinks it cost him 145 euros for 3 drinks, more than our room !!!

We stayed at this hotel in June to whilst there to see Robbie Williams in concert. We spent very little time in the hotel but the rooms were of a high standard, the staff friendly and the breakfast was good too. We did find that the hotel location was Ok but it was a good 15-20 mins walk to the base of the Eiffel Tower so not so centrally located. We would definately go back to Paris however I think we would definately stay a little closer to the Latin Quarter which was our favourite district.

For the price ($98) it was decent enough. It's too far away from the Metro if you don't want to walk too much (Charles Michels is the best-only 5-6 minutes). The AC was below average. The mini bar didn't have any room whatsoever to put your own stuff in. Asked for a fan and was told I had to come down to the concierge to pick it up. The electrical socket in the corner of the room didn't work.

Now, for the good news. The room was definitely bigger than I had thought it would be. The bathroom was great, including a great sink. The bed was pretty comfortable. The hotel let me check in at noon...and she gave me a room on the 29th floor overlooking the Siene and the Tour Eiffel (although you could only see the top half). Was great to watch it sparkle on the hour.

Since this was my third trip to Paris, it was fine with me to be off the beaten path a bit. The Monoprix around the corner on Rue Linois closes at 10, but if you get there before it closes you realize what a great store it is to stock up on food and anything else you may need.

Overall, for the price, it was a decent deal. Not going to Paris again for some time, but will definitely use Priceline again and if I get this place again, I can deal with it.
