as a start i must say that due to another hotel overbooking i found myself instead
of a nice hotel by the Opera at the Ambassadeur................basically ruined my trip at the point
but as i am in the travel business i am trying to be fair.
the hotel is a 1+ star in my classification. very old and basic rough neighborhood especially at night. breakfast is very basic but fresh . rooms are small , but that the situation in Paris hotels. BUT ,it's not that far from the center ( 10 min by the Metro) i find it very clean and the reception personal were extremely helpful in whatever i needed. the feeling : we provide the best from the worst. so if this your budget , so be it.

Well I am quite young and love the lively side of things and it is no where near the centre of it all but a metro is close to it all, it's rooms are awful but me my partner laughed through it lol hahhaah over all nice city need excellent navigation skills b the hotel is awful hahahah

good thing : The room was a little bit clean and the bread was good. 10 mins walk from train but you always have to check behind you in case u are rob or been beaten out..

BAD thing: OLD HOTEL, it looks like a prostitude hotel, to be honest ive spend an adorable stay in PARIS untill i met this guy on my check out day. HE tried to make me pay for breakfast when i have been told breakfast was for free 11 euro per person for a peace of bread butter juice and a piece of masspain cake ... well the reception crab.. smelly room. .. the place is crab.. weird people around.. many muslim people around.. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTELLLL PLZZZZZZ ... SUCKS HOTEL.. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! SHIITY AREA WHEN U PUT UR FOOT OUT!! BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION I HAVE TO GET BACK TO THE HOTEL BEFORE NIGHT in case people attack me!!!

far from LA TOUR EFFEL ,, FAR FROM MAIN ROAD,, EVEN THE train station is crab!

This hotel is not a 2-3 star hotel, it is a "-0" star hotel. Beginning with the picture of the hotel (outside) and pictures of rooms, mentioned amenities plus location of hotel - it is not what you see on the internet. The pictures are very deceiving!

It is an old, old, little hostal with miniature rooms, old dirty comforters and IT IS NOT located close to downtown Paris like the site and the TRAVEL AGENT (Halcon) stated.
After I read old reviews, spoke to travel agent in Spain and they continued to state that it was a good 3 star hotel and that reviews were too old. It is a horrible place to come home to after a day of walking, sightseeing! HORRIBLE!!
I did not stay after taking a look at the rooms - went downtown Paris and thankfully, I was able to find a good hotel so that we can enjoy our stay. We saved and travelled too far to be upset and uncomfortable! NOT WORTH IT!!!!
