I spent 3 nights at this hotel with my wife and I don't agree with any of bad comments about this hotel. Yes it's being refurbished now and it's a little bit messy at the reception but rooms are cozy and clean. Bathroom is OK as well. No complaints at all for professional and helpful staff. I had 30% discount so I paid 49Eur/1night so what you want more for this amount of money. 5minutes walk you have central metro and you can go to city center. Remember you are not coming to Paris to spend a lot of time in a hotel room. It must be clean a nice and this one it is. I will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is located about 200 meters from a stop on the #1 line of the Paris metro.

While the reception is currently in disarray due to renovation, the hotel rooms themselves are pretty standard when considering most hotels of the same caliber. The room was immaculate and i had no complaint on the service or the room.

My only complaint, I guess, was the lack of any mention of the refurbishment on the website. I was informed on arrival that the breakfast room was shut and hence breakfast would be served in the room - a small annoyance since I enjoy the breakfast buffet as opposed to packed breakfasts.

Reception is complete mess due to refurb. No Restarant, No Bar. Breakfast deleiver to room at wrong time, eary or late.

Dusty and very bad smell in reception due to refurb and no pre-warning that the hotel was being refurbed on booking.

Lifts had temporary inside shell.
