Someone else booked this hotel for us and I'm so glad they did. The location is spectacular, this is a street of The Champs Elysees and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Good service, nice views -- definitely recommend it!

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. It is within a few minutes walk from 2 different metro stations and opposite Valentino and next door to Prada! 10 minute walk to the eiffel tower and if you stand in the right place a the bottom of the road you can see the Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coeur at the same time! Rooms were clean and a good size for a European Hotel & airconditioned. Breakfast was expensive (20 Euro) but there is a cafe next door and a supermarket just up the road opposite. Friendly staff and free newspapers including the same days guardian and Financial Times.
The road is noisy outside but we were right in the centre of Paris.

We just returned from staying 6 nights here. The hotel met or exceeded my expectations and also the revues I was able research on trip advisor and other travel websites.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was kept very clean and neat by the hotel staff.
The room was a double superior as listed by the room choices. It had a large bedroom by european standards and was very comfortable. The room had a door which could be closed and separated from the entrance. The bathroom was in white marble and large too. The water closet was in a separate room.
The hall had a multishelf closet and rod system which i really liked . The private safe for valubles was located in this area. Extra pillows, minibar, hair dryer . An electric pot for heating water for tea and coffee and free coffee , tea, and condiments.
The free wireless internet worked flawlessly and with great bandwidth.
A cafe is located next to the building and is very good.
If you look at the city maps, you will see that this hotel is located within walking distances of a lot of sites for touring. multiple bus, metro,and RER are just a few steps away.
Excellent Value for this premeire location.

This hotel had been recommended by a friend who had been there 13 years ago. According to her, it was a cute boutique hotel with good service. We walked in and were shocked! -- The plaster was worn off the walls, the a/c consisted of an in-room unit that didn't cool well and rattled, the hallways were hot and terribly smokey, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, ....the head-board of the bed was a pillow hanging from a tiny curtain rod bolted to the wall and it looked greasy dirty.... the window opened to the courtyard and rather oily cooking smells were wafting up into our room... the mattress was very basic.

On the plus side, the sheets were clean, although they had holes in them, and the bathroom had been remodeled (although there was no plug for the tub). The street is very fashionable and there are lovely cafes down the street by the Seine, and on the other end at the Champs Elysees.

We checked out after one night but still had to pay for a night we had reserved.
