I stayed at the Hotel Cecilia in Paris leading a study abroad trip with college students. This hotel is in a wonderful location, and is a good value. The hotel provides a fantastic breakfast. One of the best things about Hotel Cecilia is its staff members; they were helpful, friendly, and worked with us to provide the best possible experience for the groups' leaders and the students. The rooms are very well appointed, with excellent space for Paris. They are renovating one of the floors, so sometimes it can be noisy during the day. Regardless, this fine establishment is a great choice in Paris. I strongly recommend it. As a bonus, it has excellent wifi and easy connectivity with a close metro.

What a great Parisian Hotel based in a very good location. We upgraded to a get a view of the Arc De Triomphe and had a balcony where I was proposed to! Rooms were very clean, comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the hotel service was always friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were able to book Airport shuttle bus tickets in reception and leave our luggage for the day, even after booking out. We used the excellent local restaurants and undertook an exceptional walking tour. (booked independently). I would recommend this hotel and definitely hope to return again one day. What a Gem! In this category this has got to be the best hotel in Paris. Pleasant, helpful and friendly staff, modern, clean and well furnished rooms. To top it all, the hotel is within walking distance of all the major attractions. We will definately be returning.
