Contrary to some reviews we look ahead and know what to expect.Yes this hotel is dated and is a 10 minute walk to the metro , but so what ,we had somewhere clean with good staff and only 10 minutes from 2 metro stations and 5 mins from the train (and a bus stop within 2 minutes). If you want quality accommodation in the centre of Paris expect to pay over £200 per night, we got 4 nights for just over £200 by doing a search. That gave us more money to spend on the VERY good french restuarant across the road. This area in arr 17 is a great base and only 1 to 3 metro stops from anywhere in Paris.

- Ten minutes walk to the nearest tube station (Wagram), and the surrounding area is quite nice (we walked around at about 11pm and felt safe).
- Hotel is quite dated, could do with a lick of paint. The bed was quite hard, however it was clean and each day the cleaners made the bed.
- No English TV channels
- Good if you are on a budget and dont mind where you sleep!
- The people who worked there were very nice and held our bags all day after we had checked out, as our flight was later in the day.

NEVER EVER stay here!!!!! This hotel is SUCKS!!!!!!!! Dirty and smelly, rooms are terrible!!!
I'm SO disappointed!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights during September 2011. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the nearet metro station on quite a noisy boulevard,but in quite a nice neighbourhood with lots of nice local restaurants serving local fayre. The staff were very pleasant and always welcomed us with a smile when they gave us our room keys, however this is the only point where the hotel did well. The rooms were as in previous comments small.They are poorly furnished (old and tatty!!) and nothing like the photos provided by the owner on the hotels own web site. The bathrooms were again small and to be honest the housekeeping was much to be desired throughout. We would not recommend a stay here, there are so many other options available for all budgets.
