Have stayed here several times, each time has been better than the previous.
On line booking worked perfectly.
The rooms and all facilities are basic and small so not suitable if you are XL.
The free WiFi is now good..
Staff all helpfull and knowledagble.
We booked the shuttle for our airport return, but would use a taxi in future since the extra cost for 2 people is worth it for us to ensure we do not travel backwards.
Will stay here again, good location with loads of good and reasonable priced bars and eating places.
Metro line 6 adjacent and line 8 and 10 a short walk. RER C 5 minute walk.
On bus route 42 with buses to most of Paris at the Champs de Mars 5 minute walk or 2 stops on the 42.
Market on Wedneday and Sunday under the elevated metro line.

Stayed Monday - Friday and didn't have a problem all week. Hotel was very conveniently situated, 5 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and straight opposite the Dupleix Metro station. Room was small but clean (and who with any sense is going to stay in the room more than to sleep anway?), breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I'd happily stop there again.

I havent stayed here.. But had great troubles trying to book the hotel for our vacation. 1. they would not reply on email regularly and very course on mail 2. when call then up, they qoute differently from what they commit on email. I had a bad experience where i tried booking for 4 nights and each time i called, i was qouted a different price and told the line wasnt clear the last time. To my polite queries on mail (since i have never been to paris), i was given incomplete and rude replies.

Very upsetting and have now booked a much better, economical, and friendly hotel!

I almost had all good things to say about this hotel. The appearance of the hotel was pretty decent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but renovated and clean. Free wireless internet worked liked a charm. The metro is steps away and quite convenient. Overall the value was good but on my next trip to Paris I will stay in Latin Quarter or by Champs de Lysee where it is more lively.

Our experience trying to catch a cab to the train station spoiled what would have otherwise been an almost perfect stay. We asked the staff the previous night the best way to catch a taxi and they advised us to just wait outside and hail one on the closest boulevard, which we tried - we walked all over for over an hour and no taxis came! We then returned to the hotel to request assistance in calling a taxi and no one seemed to care. We ended up missing our train and having to pay a very expensive change fee because of their bad advice. They could have been more attentive and helpful and it would be nice if they had a list of cab companies to call for pick-up available for guests.
