Terrible hotel. I have stayed in better Travel Lodge's. Basic, basic room. Very small, as all in Paris hotels. No bar, no food available. Tiny lobby, tiny bathroom with no bracket for the shower head. Paid €120 per night, which is robbery. Please, please don't pay for the awful breakfast €10.

We overnighted in this hotel on our way to South of France. It was perfect, clean, compact with friendly helpful staff, free wi fi, and only a very short walk to Gare de Lyon where we picked up the TGV. I would strongly recommend this hotel and will stay there again in future.

Pros: friendly staff, adequate light breakfast, clean sheets, free wifi that worked, nice day-light in room on one side of the hotel, working A/C, working tv, good coffee, comfortable bed.
Cons: tiny room, tiny closet of a bathroom & shower barely big enough for a slender body, no place to easily set down toiletries, in-room safe wasn't working (and they have no other hotel safe), front entrance wasn't manned at night (was downstairs or in other room), shabby slightly dirty rooms, stained coverlet, no CNN, breakfast cereals left out all night - eggs too...,

This hotel was far better than we expected as reviews were very mixed. The customer service was excellent. We arrived at 10 am which was way too early to check-in, however our room was ready so they allowed us to have the room early which was great. The room was more spacious than i expected, the bathroom was small but adequate. The only downside was the shower cubicle was very small esp the door way but this actually amused us and prompted a diet on our return. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I was also impressed there was a free safety deposit box in the room. The location is fantasic, the metro gare de lyon is only a 1 min walk. The hotel has a lift and 24hr reception and free wifi. I shopped around and found if you book 3 nights you only pay for 2 on Asda hotels (weekends) For the money we paid id say this hotel was very good, i have stayed in far worse 3 and 4 star hotels. I will definitely stay here again
