Pros:
1) Located right across Gare d'Austerlitz and right next door to the Metro station entrance.
2) Cafes, small restaurants and a small neighborhood store are nearby.
3) Small, clean, no frills room. Basic coffee/creamer/sugar plus small pot and a bottle of water given to you.


Cons:
1) Despite being so close to the station, it can be creepy walking back to the hotel at night as some areas are dimly lit.
2) Drinking water and coffee sachets were not replaced.
3) No refrigerator (not even a small one) in the room to keep your drinks in.
4) Very small bathroom.
5) The room is so small that the closet has a sliding door with a coat rack and top shelf. That's it. No safe.
6) DOUBLE CHECK airport transfers if booking a cab through the staff. Turns out, the day shift person forgot to book a cab for us, it's a good thing we checked that night. Otherwise we would be waiting at 5am for nothing.

I would NOT recommend this for a romantic city break in Paris. Spend a little more and stay in another hotel!

Last August i got a beautiful surprise from my boyfriend - 2 days in Paris! Our flight arrived early i the morning. We made a jump on many awesome and romantic places of the town. After the day full of impressions we went to our hotel. We were so tired that right away appreciated the location of it! To be in few steps from the metro station and Gare d'Austerlitz wasn't noisy, maybe we were just lucky because spent there just one night. Our room was clean and renewed but very tiny. It was great that we didn't have the luggage, just the handbag, i think it could be uncomfortable, there's no space for the suitcases. The bathroom was comfortable and not so small like you can suppose. The breakfast wasn't included and it cost about 8 euro per person.
It was a nice staying, and my opinion, the hotel has just 2 stars only because of the size of the rooms. Overall it could be 3-stars hotel.

The location of the hotel is really great, also the rooms are quite good. We liked that there was a coffee making facility in the room. If you like to open a window, don`t expect the air to fresh your room - the hotel is on a busy street and the air outside is really bad. However, as we had a good price and slept only here, we liked the location. Don`t wait the staff to be very nice - they do not greet you, not to mention a possibility to receive some helpful tips or something.

The Good:
1) Great location - bang opposite Gare D'Austerlitz
2) Clean Rooms
3) Polite Staff

The Ugly: (there is no bad)
1) Super small rooms if traveling as a couple - no space for keeping your bag, no proper wardrobe (just a steel pipe with some hangars), Badly Designed space!
2) Bathroom: Badly designed with no movable space with walls butting into every area so it's difficult to shave without hitting the walls + no shower curtains! You end up mopping up the lake created after every shower.
3) I went in December (so I expected higher prices), but not € 100+ for this 2 Star property.
4) Wash basin was always given the miss while cleaning and no areas dusted. There was no replacement of water bottles in our room after day 1. There was rarely a replacement for the coffee served in the rooms too.
I would recommend this place only for the location. Nothing else really. Although a very clean place, there were many things that left a lot to be desired.
