An average hotel, all right if you're in Paris for business, as I was, but not close enough to attractions or metro stops if you're there for tourism. I can't say anything really bad about it, but not good either. Average cleanliness, average breakfast, average hotel-style furnishing. To me, this is the kind of place where you sleep one or two nights and then forget it.

We stayed at hotel auteuil tour eiffel in September 2011 for our honeymoon. It's a nice little hotel and very close to the supermarket, restaurants and corner stores. The hotel is probably better suited to families and business people. We were money and time short when we booked our honeymoon in Paris and the hotel auteuil tour eiffel is a very good budget choice. Probably not the best though for a honeymoon, but we really did not mind. It is a fantastic area to stay in and we were very pleased.

Most staff speak fantastic English and are really helpful. Though as we were leaving the concierge was a bit rude. We asked in french "do you speak English?" ad he replied in French "Do you speak French?". He spoke perfect English and we spoke to hm in as much French a we could. He was just being a bit pompous. The view from our balcony was looking at the back of really old dirty buildings.

Other than that, all was good. I would recommend this hotel to business people and those who are looking for a decent hotel on a budget. Overall we were pleased.

We checked in this November 2011. The front desk staff were courteous and can speak and understand English. The standard room was quite small and the most disappointing part is that the flush of the toilet won't work so we needed to transfer to a bit smaller room because there was no repairman on duty at night. The good side is that they provide free coffee (instant) daily. The shuttle service going to the airport was really disappointing because we were informed that the shuttle can not make it at the last minute and we need to get a taxi or we will miss our flight home. For a 3-star hotel, the rates are a bit pricey, compared with a 4-star hotel in other European countries like Germany. The only consolation I got is that it is located near a grocery store and the Metro station.

This hotel is expensive if not booked on-line. It is tired but clean . The rooms were very hot and the air con did not work. Did not eat in the hotel. Airport transport is good value and worth considering. It is well situated for the Eiffel tower and tour bus.
