The Hotel Staff were very friendly. Rooms were quite good even though its small. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The Location is quite easy and there is a nearby Metro Station that gets you anywhere in Paris.
Needs to improve on the breakfast menu.

Hotel is located withing 2 mins walk of the tube which is great to get around paris. Hotel itself is not big but rooms were small but just right since your out all day any way. Staff were excellent very helpful 10/10. breakfast was ok cannot complain just like a continental breakfast. Heaps of restaurants and shops nearby. overall a great stay

We book a package over trip from London.The morning we left London we were told our hotel was overbooked & we would be staying at The Brittany. Was disappointed at first. Very pleased with our room. Staff very helpful. Had the most simple & amazing meal at a pizzeria a few doors down the street. Granted it's not very close to major Paris attractions, but I would stay there again.The hotel was in the process of a interior makeover. Should look great when finished. Breakfast was typical. I found The Brittany to be very clean during our stay.

We had booked 2 nights at the Hotel Regyn's in Montmartre, but on arrival (even after having informed them that we would arrive around 9:30pm) we were told that there had been a 'technical problem' and our booking had been moved to the Brittany Hotel. Hot, tired and stressed and armed only with a piece of scrap paper with a Google map and instructions to take the Metro a couple of stops we set off...

About 30mins later we arrived at the Brittany which, as major refurbishments of the public areas are underway, resembled a building site . The concierge acknowledged that he could accommodate us for one night, but was full for the next night! I asked him to telephone Regyn's and check if we could stay there for the next night, which he did, but apparently this information was not available.

We were given the keys to a room on the third floor, which was at best adequate. By this time we were quite hungry and in need of a drink, but we discovered that it was too late to get any food locally. We decided to call it a day and try and try and sort things out in the morning.

Unfortunately, the evening's experience did not lend itself to a good night's sleep and the hotel itself was generally quite noisy which didn't help.

Generally, the room was compact and adequate and the bathroom modern, but rather grubby and appeared to have been fitted out by an amateur DIYer: the shower door had dropped by an inch and would not close, the towel rail was not fixed properly and the toilet roll holder, which was at a jaunty angle, also fell off...

The self-service breakfast next morning was good quality and plentiful and, as we checked out, the manager was most apologetic that he could not have given us a room for the second night and hoped we could sort something out for the rest of our stay.

Generally, I have to say that, even if we had chosen this hotel, we would have been disappointed.

We made our way back to Regyn's where everything fell into place and the rest of our stay in Paris was wonderful.
