Le Meridien Etoile is a business hotel conveniently located just across Paris' Convention Center "Le Palais de Congres". That being said one expects such a hotel experience.
We stayed late January for 3 nights in a renovated room. Cozy, stylish but small. Bathroom was new and well appointed.
Rooms can overlook the inner court or the streets. Ours overlooked the street behind the hotel, not much to see but quite and with natural light.
Excellent breakfast with grains, fresh fruits, omelets etc and choice of coffee upon demand.
All the personel we dealt with was professional and friendly.
Small water bottle in the mini bar cost 7.50 euros! And yes, you can drink tap water in Paris.
All in all a convenient hotel if you're in Paris for a meeting. Subway station is only meters away and can take you everywhere. Walking distance to Arc du Thriomphe, Champs Élysées, avenues Foche, etc.
Room Tip: Ask for a renovated room, preferably with some views.
