What a stunning hotel, 5* service at a 4* price. Couldn't ask for more. Great location just 5 mins walk from the Louvre or Place Vendome, and probably the best service of any hotel in Paris. I've stayed at the Ritz, and the staff here are better. Rooms are lovely, bar and restaurant are good, but you're better off asking the concierge to recommend places with more character locally, of which there are many.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, and have always found the hotel itself to be perfect. The location is excellent, and the rooms are scrupulously clean, spacious and elegant. The hotel staff, i.e. front desk, concierge etc are amazing, and always go out of their way to be helpful.
Sadly, when it comes to the restaurant it is like another world. Whilst the food at breakfast is perfectly adequate, the staff are not welcoming and very distant. At night the food in the restaurant is nowhere near as good as other restaurants in the vicinity.
Like a pevious reviewer I hope Hotel Management reads this review as the restaurant and its staff are distracting from what is otherwise a faultless hotel

The hotel is well located and the reception and concierge people are very pleasant. No doubt about this.
I can' t say the same about the service in the restaurant. They are from a different world and I mean they are not prepared for their job. We got only breakfast and fifteen minutes before closing they haven't serve omlette and most of the plates were empty. I thought we are serving the cook and not vice versa. Anyway I got an omlette next day; no taste. Maybe the management will read this and improve.

We have try the restaurant of the hotel , nice location just nearby the Museum the Louvre and place of the Opera ; the design of the restaurant is nice and original
the wine list was quiet full of possibility
We recommend the Fish "The cardine" it was the first time for us ; it's seems that the Cardine it's a french fish from Bretagne
the staff was helpfull and very nice with us . but the best was the desert so sweat the Cheescake home made you've loved IT !!
