My husband and I stayed here during December 2011 for the first leg of our honeymoon. We knew to expect our basic lodging needs met based off of the reviews we read while we were planning our trip. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, they helped us answer any questions that we had about sightseeing and helped make arrangements for an airport shuttle when we left. There were 2 things that we didn't like, but we came to realize that this was typical of hotels in Europe. First, the beds were too firm and we disliked to half glass shower door. Other than that, the hotel was close to the Metro and all the charms of Montmartre.
