Located about 5 minutes walk from Eiffel tower and right on the steps of Segur metro location is excellent. Rooms are very clean and modern with tv and tea\coffee etc. Breakfast and bar are very basic but plenty nice places round about to eat and drink in this leafy quiet suburb of Paris. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Checkout is at 12 but they have facility for leaving luggage which is handy. Nice stay and I would recommend.

I booked this hotel in advance, and I was convinced I'll stay at a much better hotel than the many found online, and I spent a considerable amount of time searching.
Is very conveniently situated just next to a Metro station, which is great. A reviewer said the station is on a line that dont take you anywhere useful (unless that's where your house is, LOL) but then again, a lot of lines dont do that, and when you're in Paris, consider having to change trains a lot to gat to your dream destination, and also be preparred to walk miles a day and that's just to get to your corresponding metro connection!!
Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and I had no problems sleeping at night even though my room was overlooking the street.
The hotel is clean enough, with pleasant saff, which were accomodating but, bless them, not too technical when it came to troubleshooting a naughty WI-FI.
I loved the nautical themed bathroom.
My friend loved the hotel and everything about Paris, but I wasn't that fooled!

Unfortunately, the hotel was not as nice as pictured. Everything in the room was dated, TV old, small and up on the wall, which I detest in a hotel, and I agree with other reviewers that the rooms are very small, single beds were very narrow indeed.
I booked this hotel in particular because they said room had a bath. Room did NOT have a bath, and I think I was told there was no bath in any of the rooms. Or something. I even called to confirm my booking and enquiered about bath, they said yes, but alas, no, it didnt. I think by 'Bath' they probably understood 'bathroom'. I meant Bath TUB...

I did not tried their breakfast and did not dare use the Minibar, way too expensive.
Anyways. I think is an average hotel amongst the thousands average hotels in Paris, and since this city is way too overated in my opinion, parisians take full advantage of it charging ridiculous prices for average ,sometimes right down poor service.
The truth is, unless you can afford luxury, staying at a Paris hotel will always be an average experience.
